We can’t thank Dr. Brent Bethers enough for the incredible care he showed our family. He truly went above and beyond—I will forever be grateful! 🙏 It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine compassion.
From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and truly cared for. He and his team made sure each of us was comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout our visit. What stood out most was their patience and kindness—especially with our family’s specific needs.
From the doctors and assistants to the front office coordinators, this was the best care we’ve ever received ❤️
They took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. If we need any future treatment, this will absolutely be our go-to office.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brent Brothers and his entire team. I’ve had five teeth removed at this location, have been under anesthesia twice, and recently returned for another extraction while preparing for dental implants. Every single visit has been an outstanding experience.
From the moment you walk in, the staff is kind, polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Brothers is incredibly skilled, calming, and thorough — he takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. Being under anesthesia can be intimidating, and i NEVER come out of anesthesia well LOL. Tear city*
but I felt safe and well cared for every time. What truly sets this office apart is the follow-up care. I received calls after my surgeries just to check on how I was doing, which meant more to me than I can express. That level of compassion and attentiveness is rare.
I have never been treated better at any surgeon’s office before. This team goes above and beyond, and it shows in every interaction. Wisdom tooth extraction was efficient, relatively pain-free and professional. Day after the surgery the pain and swelling is very minimal, pretty much nonexistent. Would highly recommend this place if you need a tooth extraction.

All the ladies that helped me during the moments before my wisdom teeth surgery were the nicest and kindest people ever I was very nervous but they were just doing there best to make me feel calmer and I deeply appreciate them.

Meet the Doctors
Sandstone Oral Maxillofacial Surgery is led by Dr. Brent H. Bethers, DDS, an oral surgeon who practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Bethers earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Brigham Young University and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, where he received the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Award. He completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, served a deployment in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington State before serving as Chief of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and has served as President of the Arizona Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, which he now represents as a Delegate.
