My Experience at Santa Rosa Dental What an amazing experience. I have a lot of past childhood trauma that can make being in the dental chair extremely overwhelming for me—from being laid back in the chair to the sounds and everything that comes with dental work. Sometimes I can have a complete meltdown. For the first time in my life, I truly felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Dr. Michael Rice took the time to explain everything to me, listen to my concerns, and help me understand what would work for me and what wouldn’t. The compassion and patience he showed me meant more than I can put into words. Elizabeth was also absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me understand and work through the finances for the entire process, which made such a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. I had no wait time and was able to get right in for my appointment after calling. I am truly honored to recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares. Look no further than Santa Rosa Dental and Dr. Michael Rice. They have my vote, and my sincere gratitude. ❤️

I found this dental practice after moving to the area a couple of years ago. My teeth are not great, so I need a fair amount of dental work on a regular basis. Dr. Michael Rice has been absolutely professional, caring, and meticulous in his work. I feel very lucky to have found such a great dentist!

This was my first time going to the dentist in a few years, and I was honestly a little nervous walking in. From the moment I arrived, the dentist and his entire staff made me feel incredibly comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options without ever making me feel rushed or judged. I especially appreciated how upfront and honest they were about my financial responsibility and what I could expect before moving forward—there were no surprises or pressure. It can be intimidating returning to the dentist after being away for a while, but this experience completely put me at ease. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident that I was in good hands. I’m so grateful I found this office and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist!

Dr. Rice and everyone in the office are so sweet and kind. Very understanding, and are definitely there to help you through the process. Can’t wait for my entire transformation of my smile!
