I recently had a TMJ consultation with Dr. Sy, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Sy took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
What stood out most was his expertise and genuine care for his patients. He never rushed the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my treatment options.
Dr. Sy's knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach truly set him apart. In my opinion, he is one of the best oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the Bay Area. My son recently had his wisdom teeth extracted at SF Bay Oral Surgery, and the entire experience went extremely well. The staff was friendly, organized, and professional from start to finish. The procedure was efficient, and everything was explained clearly, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous and professional, and Dr. Hui provided outstanding care during my wisdom tooth removal. IV sedation made the procedure seamless and far more comfortable than expected. I highly recommend this oral surgery team.
I am impressed with how clean and well-managed the surgical site looked, best I've ever seen!

Dr Sy took out my wisdom tooth recently and I cannot recommend dr sy highly enough. The staff was super helpful especially Chris who answer my question and concerns before my consultation.
The procedure went smoothly and during the healing process I had access to the office and staff for any questions I had. Dr. Sy was amazing and I had no issues. I highly recommend!

Got a second opinion here after the first oral surgeon quoted me at $10k for 4 impacted wisdom tooth extractions. These guys were WAY chiller about how the whole process would go, and quoted me *significantly* less. They also did a great job! Around 5 days post op, i was pretty much back to normal, which i hear is pretty speedy after age 30. I had some feedback for Dr. Hui about care coordination for mental health, and he was extremely receptive and spent a lot of time with me to better understand. I really appreciate that. Anyway, i am glad I never have to get my wisdom teeth out ever again, but if I had to, I’d do it with this team!
