I don’t say this lightly: Dr. Gunstream might be the worst physician I’ve ever had. In my experience, Dr. Gunstream was a remarkably untrustworthy and incompetent doctor, who was matched in quality by her office's front desk and hygienist. I came to Dr. Gunstream’s office experiencing new pain and abnormal changes. She concluded my condition required no action. Wondering if she might’ve missed something, I returned soon after; during which she determined any issue was not within her purview. Upon Gunstream’s suggestion, I booked my next cleaning with her office, in anticipation that she would check my status and update my notes, as was routine with previous providers. During that appointment, I was frustrated with the front desk to learn it was booked on Gunstream’s off-day. Doubly surprising was going home with a swollen lip from the heavy-handed hygienist tugging so hard during that needlessly miserable cleaning. I never scheduled another. Months later, I called Dr. Gunstream’s office and booked a 6-month evaluation. Within minutes, I received a callback from her office to cancel the appointment I’d just made. The reason cited was that Gunstream doesn’t see patients sooner than one year intervals for evaluations. This was odd, and completely counter to my experience with other providers. Though confused, I reluctantly accepted the situation. Something still felt off, so months later I booked another eval appointment. Again, the same exact thing happened. I was instantly called back by her front desk to cancel said appointment. By this point, what was a frustrating situation had become legitimately distressing. Eventually, I insisted on speaking with Gunstream directly to understand why she was denying me care. She curtly stated that she wasn’t, and agreed to do the eval - which again resulted in no recommendations. I finally sought a second and third opinion from other offices within her specialty, both of whose conclusions directly conflicted with Gunstream's. In hindsight, I should’ve gone elsewhere sooner. The time, energy, and money wasted on Dr. Gunstream’s office was truly regrettable. I'll never know what was really going on, but whether or not Gunstream had some personal issue with me, nothing justifies the blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

I have always had an excellent experience with everyone at the office, including but not limited to Dr Gunstream, Jenny, Molly, Ben and Henry. Scheduling is easy and treatment top class. Everyone in the office is friendly as well as professional, efficient and patient - with clear communication and answers to any questions. Highly recommend.

Dr. Im and his staff are incredible! I was referred to Dr. Im by my dentist to surgically remove a deep pocket following a root canal. Dr. Im answered all my questions with such incredible patience, niceness and empathy. The staff in his office (especially Ben and Henry) are very friendly detailed caring and attentive. I went in with not a lot of expectations but I was blown by the quality of care. And the wait time to see him and schedule a surgery was little to none. Highly recommend Dr. Im’s office if you have any periodontic needs.

I had a gum graft with another surgeoun, and it was miserable. The care and work of Dr. Gunstream and Henry made both my experience and my healing SOOO much better and less painful than my last experience!

Dr. Im was forth doctor I saw for consultation about my implant removal and a bone graft. I was very nervous about the whole thing and felt a major anxiety about the need to be getting it done. When I met Dr. Terry Im and his team I instantly relaxed. His assistant was amazing, his cabinet was spotless and clean. The staff is friendly, personal and very professional . Dr. Terry Im was absolute pleasure to work with. I had 2 surgeries and both went painless and quick. No issues with the recovery. I will be coming back for a new implant without a doubt. I can't recommend him more!
