Sheridan Smiles was a really great experience all around. Everyone there is super friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable right away. If you have dental anxiety, I’d definitely recommend them - Dr. Southall is very gentle and has a calm, reassuring way about him that helps a lot. The front desk is awesome with insurance and makes everything easy to understand. The assistant does a great job with X-rays, it was quick and painless! The hygienist is very thorough but still gentle, which I really appreciated and has a wonderful personality. Overall, just a really smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely a top-notch place!

I cannot recommend this dental office enough! My kiddos were visiting from out of state when my son suddenly had a dental emergency. I called more than 10 dental offices, and every single one told me they couldn’t see him. Then I called this office, and everything changed. Audra answered the phone, and from the very beginning she was incredibly kind, compassionate, and determined to help. She went above and beyond to make sure my son could be seen that same day, and I will never forget the care and urgency she showed us. She truly made all the difference. Being eight hours away from my son who is scared and in pain was one of the most stressful situations I’ve experienced as a parent. Thanks to Audra and the amazing dentist who took time out of his busy schedule to see my son, we were able to get the help we desperately needed. The dentist was patient, gentle, and so compassionate. He made my son feel comfortable and cared for, and his willingness to fit us into an already busy day meant more to our family than words can express. This office didn’t just treat my son’s dental emergency, they restored my faith in the kindness of people. In a world where it would have been easy to say, “We’re too busy,” they chose compassion instead. Thank you, Audra, and thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond for our family. We will never forget your kindness, and I will gladly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. You all are truly exceptional.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years so I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! Audra was very welcoming from the first day. Dr. Southall was very knowledgeable and thorough when doing my dental exam. We found out that I needed some preventative dental work done and I was nervous. I went back to have that done and Taylor was very informative on each step she was taking while working on my teeth. I felt no pain at all. This practice is very welcoming and it definitely has a family vibe to it. I don't feel like a number here, I feel valued!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is clean, calming, and professional, which immediately puts you at ease. A huge shoutout to Taylor, the dental hygienist, who truly goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail is incredible—she takes her time to ensure everything is done thoroughly while still being gentle and considerate. What really sets her apart is how she handles dental anxiety. She is so patient, reassuring, and communicative throughout the entire process, making sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, Taylor is an absolute gem.

Try to set up an appointment for my 8-year-old child. Receptionist said they do not accept kids and that I should find a pediatric dentist. Which is really weird sense their website says family dentistry.
