I had an appointment today at 5:00 PM. I called at 5:17 PM to see if I could still make it; they asked how long it would take me to arrive, and I said five minutes. The person answering the phone spoke to the supervisor and told me they would see me. However, when I arrived, the receptionist told me there were no doctors available to see me and that the last appointment they accept is at 5:15 PM. They are completely unprofessional; they wasted my time and gas. Don't come to this place—it's the worst in all of Palmdale. On top of that, they make you wait for hours; they never see you at your scheduled appointment time—you always end up waiting more than two hours

Honestly these folks took great care of me. Monday I bit down wrong on a tooth and it was coming out. Got an apt on Tuesday and on Thursday they got an implant put in. I run a business and was worried to say the least as I am facing my customers. Needless to say this team got me in and out and did a stellar job. No funny business what so ever. Straight to the point and worked on what needed to be done. Behind the scenes these guys hustle. Everyone was taking care of business and working together. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much!

I’ve had all my dental work Done in this place for the last 25 years, they’re by far the best Dentistry in Southern California, Equipped with most advanced and up to date technology and most experienced Doctors. Also all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and just amazing. Thank you Dr Chris and everyone of the staff for your service and dedication on providing your clients with absolutely the best experience, I’m forever grateful for all the work and fixing my teeth so I can smile again, extremely happy with all the work done.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chris. I came in with a painful tooth that needed a root canal and cleaning, and the whole process was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. Chris explained each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and worked with such precision that the procedure felt much easier than I expected. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and I truly felt cared for from start to finish. My tooth feels great now, and I’m grateful to finally be pain-free. Highly recommend Dr. Chris for anyone needing root canal treatment or general dental care—you’ll be in safe hands!

The procedure started and I advised the providers (males)I could still feel the pain. I was about to pass out. I asked the dr about any other complications that I may have such as issues with nerves leading to my face . I told him I don’t want to be disfigured and honest question and he dismissed me by saying that question had nothing to do with dental work. The assistant who a male with blue eyes was trying to assist however he processed less than adequate intelligence when adjusting my bib while the Dr .was there he saw . He was asking for tools . (plastic blue / white napkins lays across my chest ) he graced my chest (left breast) I wanted to see his face so after procedure ended I asked for assistance in texting my brother and notice he has deep cut on one of his hands (Mrsa like).. Open wound if you will and still was allowed to assist in this invasive procedure. I thought I mentioned this so in the future there’s no reason not to believe anybody else and blame the meds administrred . I told him he caused me a panic attack and stated it was the numbing cream. The front associates are nice females and one of them also brought up documentation issues provided by the assistant ( blue eyes male - injured hand open wound ) .
