I went in to be seen here for what I believed was going to be a consultation for implants. Instead, several of my healthy teeth were drilled down to be crowned, and I left without a clear understanding of the full treatment plan. At no point was it clearly explained that I would need to come up with thousands of dollars to complete the work, nor was a detailed treatment plan reviewed with me before the procedure. Had I been fully informed, I would have had the opportunity to make a different decision. The pictures show what I now have to walk around looking like until I can come up with $6,000 or more to finish the treatment. This has affected my confidence and daily life, and I feel I should have been made fully aware of the costs, options, and expected outcome before any irreversible work was done. I feel the communication was unclear and that I was not given enough information before treatment began. My teeth were functioning fine, and what I needed was a partial. Patients deserve to have a complete treatment plan, costs, and all available options thoroughly explained before any irreversible dental work is performed. To add to my review, after the work was done, I ended up with two abscesses that I had to pay to have treated. One of those abscesses resulted in me completely losing a tooth, which ultimately had to be pulled. The permanent partial on my lower teeth also began wearing into my bone because it was connected together rather than being separate teeth. Before seeing this dentist, I had another dentist who had repaired and restored my teeth, and I was not having these kinds of issues. Had I fully understood what was being done and the long-term consequences, I would not have agreed to the treatment. I was never given a clear explanation of the treatment plan, risks, alternatives, or total cost before irreversible work was performed. Looking back, I feel I did not have enough information to give truly informed consent.

This is truly the perfect dentistry clinic. I had all my teeth extracted 10+ years ago. The clinic that pulled and provided my care was shamefully disappointing. Once pulled they misinformed me about post care and the next steps forward. I had no idea they were suppose to do follow up, they did not. This year according to my new insurance I am qualified to receive a new pair, which im excited my gums are all butchered and they hurt when I try to eat. So I am all about promoting the little companies vs the huge chains where your just a dollar to them. I called and they got me in right away. The dentist is polite and very kind and he is invested on your health and the excitement of a new smile seems to be his top priority. Anyone who wants a kind and compassionate dentist and sweet staff should not hesitate a minute, CALL THEM!!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. THANK YOU SMILE SOLUTIONS.

The people at smile solutions are amazing! Always super fast to help and very welcoming when getting new patients! My foster daughter was very nervous about getting a new dentist but they made her feel welcomed and she can’t wait to go back!

I don’t feel that Dr. Krishna fully explained what the process is going to be for the dental work that I expected to have done. I went in to have a partial maid and he told me he could do a better job with the upper dentures that I already had. I was pleased with the upper dentures that I had. The ginger I got from Smile Solutions did not fit and they were ugly. Dr. Krishna said that the ugly t Denturescould not be replaced. Also, the facility is not handicapped accessible. I use a wheelchair and a wheelchair barely fits through the doorways. The bathroom is not handicap accessible. There’s no room for a wheelchair here in the wheelchair, Will not fit through the door. Even if the wheelchair fit Through the door, there’s no room for it in the small, tiny, bathroom. I have to park down the street and around the corner because their ramp that they use for wheelchairs at the back entrance is too steep and tiny for Me to get up in my wheelchair. The staff workers are very friendly And accommodating. That seems like the place is kind of dirty.

Dr Krishna is great! I was really scared for my tooth extraction, but he was calm, and reassuring. The extraction was quick and easy, and didn’t feel any pain. The staffs also made me feel comfortable. I’m really grateful for such a smooth experience and would definitely recommend them!
