I had my wisdom tooth extraction at Smilodon, and from start to finish, it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and attentive, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The team was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was doing well every step of the way. I was nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but they made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate the care and kindness I received and would highly recommend Smilodon to anyone needing dental work!

If you’re looking for a dentist in Nashville, I can’t recommend Dr. Ormaza and his entire team highly enough.
From the moment you walk in, there’s absolutely no dread or uncomfortable feeling that so many people associate with going to the dentist. The front desk staff, the hygienists, the assistants, and Dr. Ormaza himself are all so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring that they immediately put you at ease.
Finding this practice has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’m so grateful I did. Every visit reminds me why I continue to leave them a five-star review—they truly deserve it.
If you live in Nashville and need a dentist, do yourself a favor and give Dr. Ormaza a try. In my opinion, he’s simply the best. And don’t just take my word for it—read the reviews. They speak for themselves, and it’s easy to see why so many people love this practice.

Everyone here was so nice and thoughtful. Dr Ormaza took the time to explain every step of the procedure and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was having a tooth extraction , and I don't know how they did it but they were able to make it a pleasant experience. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely be going to them for all my dental needs.

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! The treatment was excellent, and the whole team took their time to explain everything to me clearly. I had the privilege of visiting Smilodon Dental for the first time after being referred by my stepdaughter, Kelissa, who works there—and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Ormaza was wonderful: professional, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit.
The entire team was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere. It’s clear that everyone truly cares about their patients’ comfort and experience.
Even though this was my first visit, I can already tell I’ll be coming back for all my dental care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Ormaza and the Smilodon Dental Nashville team! And I even left with some souvenirs. :)
