It took me many years to go through the process and looking forward to an amazing smile. Since my first visit, everyone was amazing and friendly. I felt safe and I knew that this was the perfect place for my implants. Dr. Liliana Aranguren is the best. The procedure was detailed, explained step by step. The best of the best! What makes the experience even better is that she is so sweet and treats you like her own family. Thank you to all the office, nurses and my dear doctor for returning my hope to be able to smile again!

Dra. Liliana Aranguren and her team are top notch. Highly qualified professionals and very attentive and personable. I had a difficult case and thought I had few options until I found Dr. Liliana. She explained in detail and gave me plenty of reassurance that I was in good hands. Everything went great and I had no down time.

I was referred to this office by my dentist for laser periodontal treatment, and I’m so glad I was. The facility is clean, modern, and welcoming, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely pleasant. Dr. Ovadia was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was very nervous before the procedure, but both he and his assistant, Daniella, were reassuring and helped me feel at ease. This is truly a top‑notch practice with exceptional staff. Dr. Ovadia even followed up afterward with a phone call, and I received a thoughtful card wishing me a smooth recovery.

I scheduled this appointment because the communication I received beforehand gave me the impression that I was finally going to get help. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed.
Before even examining me, I was told that after looking at my X-rays, “nothing is crumbling in your mouth.” The conversation quickly became about why I didn’t already have a regular dentist, despite my explaining that insurance and financial limitations have made it difficult to access the care I need. I felt like those circumstances were judged rather than understood.
I understand that dentists can have different professional opinions, and I respect that not every patient is a candidate for every treatment. However, multiple dentists have previously told me that one of my teeth would likely need to be replaced, so I was hoping for a thoughtful explanation of why this opinion was different and what my options would be moving forward.
What confused me the most was what happened next. I was asked to stand for a full series of clinical photographs. While those photos were being taken, the dentist left the room. When he returned, I was informed that they would not be moving forward with treatment. If that decision had already been made, I don’t understand why the photographs were taken in the first place. No one explained their purpose, and it gave me a false sense of hope that my case was still being considered. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and confused.
My disappointment isn’t simply that I wasn’t told what I wanted to hear. It’s that I left feeling unheard, discouraged, and without a clear plan or referral for what to do next. Receiving an automated email shortly after asking me to leave a review only added to that disappointment.
I hope this office considers the importance of clear communication, empathy, and acknowledging the real financial and insurance barriers many patients face when seeking dental care.
