I have been going to South University Dental Associates for many years. I always receive excellent care from Dr. De Bates and his team. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely concerned about my dental health. I highly recommend this dental office!!!

I had an excellent experience during my dental cleaning appointment! Mikayla, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful! She鈥檚 gentle, thorough, and very friendly. She made the entire cleaning comfortable and explained everything clearly along the way. Dr. DeBates is the best! He鈥檚 professional, kind, and always makes patients feel at ease. He saved me some money this time 馃槀. The whole team including the receptionists are welcoming, and the office was clean, organized, and efficient. My teeth feel amazing afterward! I have already recommended many of my Filipino friends to go to this clinic because I鈥檓 one very satisfied patient. Highly recommend this team for outstanding dental care!

The staff were incredibly professional & polite. Tina did an amazing with my cleaning & was very friendly! Chad did a great job with recommendations & was not at all pushy. Needless to say, I found my new home for dental work!

It鈥檚 frustrating when you schedule an appointment 6 months out, are called to confirm, and did. Then the day of the appointment we were told to come in earlier, because the hygienist needed to leave early. This was very inconvenient. I schedule my kids at the same time because I don鈥檛 like being at the dentist office for two hours. Then the hygienist took an appointment at the time we had. Unprofessional. Makes me feel like I don鈥檛 matter. Not great.

I brought my teenage son here as a transfer from a pediatric dentist and we couldn鈥檛 be happier with the experience and the care provided by the hygienist and Dr. Althoff. They were both friendly and so easy to talk to. I appreciated that I wasn鈥檛 pressured into services that aren鈥檛 needed. I鈥檒l be switching my whole family to Dr. Althoff. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable.
