The experience my husband who has been rediagnosed with cancer & even myself have received from this office is insanely crooked and disrespectful. They don’t tell you what teeth they are working on. They schedule for specific teeth and then do whatever they want once you’re in the chair, again, not telling you at all what they are doing. Before you’re allowed to make any decisions on your own care, you are required to speak to a ‘treatment specialist’ and she loves nothing more but to play phone tag all day while she carries her dog around the entire building. This was beyond unsanitary. My husband needed dental work done before starting chemotherapy and they rushed through them all, kept working on random teeth, ones that weren’t even mentioned in the treatment plan they are so concerned about & after they knew how important it was for him to start treatment & prolonged his treatment another entire month from their awful decisions, lack of communication, and do no like when you call them out for their lack of care. There was an entire tube of numbing all down his cheek and all over his face and proceeded to rub it into his skin instead of cleaning it off. They also had a tool come off due to fault materials and almost fall down my husbands throat for an entire appointment and the next even after it was mentioned to them how dangerous it was and how concerned we were. They have also repeatedly tried to charge my husbands insurance after being asked not too and apply and being approved for their credit card through cherry. I have been attempting to contact them regarding my own care for three weeks straight, left voicemails, and they have all the sudden decided to sent a paper in the mail that apparently requires signature to end the patient/provider relationship or something of the sort. The amount of disrespect has been unbelievable. If you like to know what’s going on in your mouth or what dentists are planning to do, what’s even going on with your own teeth, do not go here.

Today was my initial new patient appointment. Everyone I met was professional and treated me with respect. During the treatment plan review, the specialist offered to ask for written confirmation that my insurance will cover the procedures suggested. I agreed with that suggestion.
Very busy office but never hectic.

I went in for a routine cleaning, and they found that my paridential gum disease had progressed. I was given multiple options , one of which was to be treated here at Saint Johnsbury Dental Associates. I chose to stay here because my dental health was more important than my business here.

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient at St. Johnsbury Dental. It had been awhile since I had dental care and I was a little scared, but the staff assured me they could get me back on track with routine maintenance. Chloe was the dental assistant who took my x-rays and got me set up. She was kind and caring and explained everything in detail. The hygienist, Blythe, was also amazing. Very knowledgeable and efficient at exams and deep cleanings. I saw Dr. Noie who provided me with a realistic treatment plan. There were no fear tactics or unnecessary recommendations. Linda in the front helped me with my treatment plan and payments. This is actually a dental office I look forward to going back to. And the view from the waiting room is beautiful!
