Excellent Dentists, but Terrible Front Office StaffThe dentists at this practice are highly professional and do exceptional dental work. Unfortunately, the support staff completely ruins the experience. The receptionist and the manager are highly unprofessional and lack the basic customer service skills required for their roles.Their complete lack of care, understanding, and self-control when dealing with patients is ridiculous. They fail to create a welcoming, family-friendly environment. While the clinical care is great, the hostile front office makes it impossible to recommend this practice to others.

I've had lots of work done all over durango and farmington after having my maxillary bone dislocated and face smashed in. Karen, the people at the front and the dentist are amazing. They genuinely know their stuff really well. Nice people too.

5 stars for the staff! They made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. Huge shoutout to Yolanda, the dental hygienist!! She was incredibly kind to me and took time to explain everything about my teeth without making me feel bad. I will be making this my permanent dental office :)

Dr Coleman and his assistant were awesome. I had an emergency and DR Coleman saw me on a Sunday. Very clean and friendly. I thank them so much.

I have no problems with Providers or medical staff. We travel 2.5 hours for Dr. Coleman & Dr. Giblette they actually appear to love their job, plus great dental assistants. My problem of receptionist was quickly remedy by Coleman. They have steady hands and quick at procedures. Back patient rooms each contain movies for reducing anxiety. HSA & FSA can be utilized here for items not paid by insurance. We have 8 family members who return each year since they opened their doors.
