Avoid this office. I initially went in with no pain, but after having cavity work done, and then a cavity re-do, I continued to experience discomfort. I ultimately had to see another dentist, who found that there was a hole where the filling had been worked on. I was also told that neither I nor my insurance would be charged for the repeat X-rays since it was a redo. However, I later discovered that my insurance was billed. I have since filed a grievance. When I contacted the office to resolve this, the office manager, Shantell, was extremely unprofessional. She stated that nothing could be done and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back seeking assistance, my calls were repeatedly sent to voicemail. When she finally answered again, she accused me of harassing her and hung up once more. I was eventually able to speak with another staff member, but the overall experience was unacceptable. I have never encountered such poor customer service or lack of accountability.

After not being at the dentist for 10 years, I had expected lecturing and a lot of "you should have's" but did not. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was visibly nervous. The Dr was straight to the point and it helped. This office helped me look past at the past trauma from previous dentist offices. I would highly recommend this place. I'm excited that I'm not nervous to go back for more work.

Really good experience I took my 4 year old they were so gentle with her and gave her a reward afterwards Josie was good at explaining everything to me and my daughter super patient and super sweet with her the front desk lady are super nice and super helpful definitely would recommend them !!!! 🙂🫶

New to Apple Valley and found Sunburst on Google and the experience has been great! The kids like the office and that’s a win in itself. The staff is friendly and efficient, and gentle. They are also fast, we were in and out it didn’t seem like a dentist office at all. From the moment you walk into the door you feel welcome and cared for! Thank you to everyone at Sunburst!

I had an exceptional experience at Sunburst Dental, the best dental office in the high desert. Dr. Pearson was fantastic, not only in her expertise but also in her ability to explain everything clearly. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. The staff at Sunburst Dental were not only nice but also super helpful, making my visit comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Sunburst Dental to anyone in need of dental care. They truly provide top-notch service!
