After a lot of frustration with DentaQuest, which seemed to give me every pediatric dentist's number possible instead of an adult dentist, I finally found this clinic and had my appointment on June 15, 2026. I actually could have scheduled an earlier appointment, but I was the one who requested a later date. I drove from Sarasota to Tampa, and when I arrived, I was treated very kindly by the front desk staff. Shortly afterward, I was called in for X-rays and then taken to a room where the doctor reviewed the images. After examining the X-rays, he gave me the option to have my wisdom tooth removed that same day. While I was happy to hear that, I was also nervous because I hadn't mentally prepared myself for it! Since it was only one tooth, full sedation was not an option. I decided to go ahead with the procedure. After a short wait, I was taken to the surgery room. The assistant placed a nitrous oxide mask on me and applied a numbing gel to the area before the injections. I'm not sure the gas affected me much, but the gel definitely did because I didn't even feel the needles. I was very nervous, but both the assistant and the doctor Elmohd were incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. Within just a few minutes, the tooth was out, and I was ready to go home. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to others. The care and professionalism I received from start to finish were excellent.

The best experience I’ve had so far. I had an appointment to remove my upper right wisdom tooth, and the entire visit—from check-in to check-out—was completed in under 20 minutes. The procedure itself was painless. Dr. Kalsow and his assistant, Ania, maintained a light and friendly conversation during the procedure, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere. Prior to the procedure, Ania and I also shared a brief conversation about our heart conditions, which felt genuine and respectful. She was especially kind and made me feel at ease. In the days following the procedure, my recovery was smooth and quick. The prescribed medication was effective and worked very well. I would highly recommend this practice, especially if you have the opportunity to be treated by the individuals mentioned. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who performed my X-rays—although I do not recall her name, she was very kind, informative, and had a great sense of humor.

Dr.Aves is amazing! This man means business and I loved that about him. I refer every one to him that needs wisdom teeth out. Had to get a coronectomy due to nerve being too close to the tooth, few years later that half tooth started coming up and he did the surgery to remove it. Both surgery’s went great and honestly wouldn’t trust any other surgeon. The energy he gives off assures you he’s a highly qualified surgeon. Weird to say I know but true! Thanks Dr. Aves!

I had 14 teeth pulled out and the oral surgeon was excellent I had no bruising no swollen face no pain and his assistant was very calming very sweet kind compassionate holding my hand put on soft music to help me calm down I was nervous and scared. They explained everything they were doing to my mouth All of the stuff was so amazing compassionate helpful and very kind the ladies at the front desk were very professional also very compassionate everyone in that office was laughing smiling you can really tell they all luv what they do there very much. They were helpful smiling you can tell they really like what they do. Thankyou so much for all your compassion and the hard work you put into each patient with care and tenderness my experience was very pleasant and I would recommend anyone to come to this facility to get your teeth pulled excellent work excellent care excellent all around. Thankyou so very much Elianna levos. I'm healing really well and I had no pain at all I was amazed at how gentle the oral surgeon was pulling my teeth out. Amazing service with such compassion and warmth from all the staff members. Thankyou so much for making me feel cared for I use to have a fear of dentist and because of this amazing experience I'm no longer fearful of the dentist. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for all the care I was given and shown it really means alot to me. It all started when I cracked my wisdom tooth while eating and went to several different places took a bunch of x rays, I was finally referred here. I was very nervous at first due to my first time ever dealing with something like this. The day of the appointment I arrived and was seen by the nurse, Sydney, she explained the whole process, she was very detailed and told me exactly how everything will go, and took the nerves away. She took the x rays, and then Dr. Aves walked in to review. As soon as he presented himself and started talking, I immediately felt in my heart that I couldn’t have been in a better place for this procedure. He is very talented at what he does. He explained to me his recommendations and ensured me that everything will go smoothly. Miss Kathy, his assistant, could have been mistaken for the doctor how good she is, very caring and was with me every step of the way during the procedure. Miss Kathy and Dr. Aves had 2 wisdom teeth out quicker than I could’ve ordered a sandwich at a drive thru. This office is one of the best practices I have ever been to, I couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out, just the next day and I can’t even tell that I just had two wisdom teeth pulled. Thank you so much for making this a seamless experience, I recommend anyone to have their procedure done here! Thank you guys so much!
