If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came here for wisdom teeth removal surgery and it was the worst experience ever. Before my wisdom teeth removal procedure had even started, I was in the waiting room between 10am and 1pm, when I was called back I was set up with an IV and hooked to a blood pressure machine that would start squeezing every few minutes, along with a few patches that watch my heart rate and a finger clamp. I was sat in that chair from about 1pm til 2:30pm before i was even given anesthesia. Once the doctor came in he didn’t say anything to me at all. He just started injecting the anesthesia. I was very upset at this because I didn’t even know what he was doing before I passed out.The next thing I remember was being woke up by the nurses trying to rush me into a wheelchair, I was barely awake, barely aware I was very confused, I was crying, I was shaking and the nurses only said “your fine, calm down”. My mother noticed i was shaking and said she had heard me screaming during the operation. So she started recording when she saw me scared and shaking in the wheelchair. The nurse immediately jumped back and said “she’s recording” to the other nurse wheeling my brother out who had came for the same surgery. He was giggling and laughing because he had a different doctor and different nurses. I couldn’t see, my vision was doubled, I couldn’t feel my hands they were numb, and there was stuff in my mouth which I later realized was gauze but when I was in that state I didn’t know what it was and nobody was answering me when I tried to ask, which only upset me more. My nurse and my doctor were both very rude and cocky. My doctor suggested a procedure during the consultation for my wisdom teeth that I had never heard of and so I asked, “does that work for people?” He laughed and said usually. I then said I had never heard of it and he replied “well are u a dentist? Then u wouldn’t have” in a disrespectful tone. They rushed me out of the office so quick after the procedure I wasn’t even able to ask any questions about aftercare after the surgery neither did they tell me any beforehand. Most of my knowledge came from the Internet and what they told my brother that was passed to me.

If I could give a 0 I would give it. They are bad. The people in the reception are really bad. I had went in the office since I had an appointment and my son started shocking as soon as they called my name and when he finally stopped shocking he started crying because he was scared. So the lady in the receptionist started complains and saying that “ if you can’t control that baby you have to leave the lobby” I walked out and that’s when my mom told me that he was shocking. I got mad because they were being rude. Telling me to leave if he didn’t calm down. Then she proceeded to say that if I needed that in Spanish. And she grabbed someone to translate. That’s when I had enough I just started talking back. I grabbed my kids and my mom and we left. Do not give this people money if they don’t deserve it please is not worth it give money to people who actually need it.

i haven't been to the office yet but had the pleasure to speak with Carmen who scheduled the appointment. What a true delight! She was friendly, professional and was wonderful at explaining the specifics to the first appointment. She certainly does her job very well!

I was supposed to get all my teeth pulled. I got my teeth pulled but for some reason they decided to leave one. So now I have to take even longer waiting on dentures because they didn't do the job the right way. The first time. The dentist was very rude because I was feeling uncomfortable about the gas. It was giving me an anxiety attack and he started giving me an attitude about it. I was finally able to do The surgery by anesthesia Aunt yet couldn't finish the job the first time. Not happy at all. The rest of the staff was very nice and very welcoming.
