Amazing experience with Dr. Holbrook and everyone who works in the office. One of my baby teeth was extracted and the impacted canine was exposed. I visited the office 3 times and every time my wait time was

Dr. Holbrook and his team are awesome! I had two pretty invasive dental procedures that needed done, and Dr. Holbrook completed both without a hitch. Zero bumps in the road during either one. What’s more, Dr. Holbrook and his staff are really professional and courteous. Every experience with his team was positive, and they did a great job of making an otherwise pretty stressful set of procedures go as easy as possible. Their attitude and the quality of their work put me at ease. I’m very happy with my smile today thanks to Dr. Holbrook. I highly recommend him.

I went there for a year because their office was closer than the one in Chandler. After going back to my normal periodontal, they noticed that I had a large amount of build-up on my front left teeth but is very deep. Sadly, I paid four visits last year to this place, and they failed at doing a basic one hour perio cleaning. Now I have to pay for a deep perio cleaning. Great!

I have had two procedures performed at Tempe Implants and Periodontics, and both times I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Holbrook and his staff not only do great work, but are very friendly and have excellent communication skills - answering any questions patients may have, walking them step-by-step through the process, and alleviating any concerns. I received excellent care and would recommend them to anyone.

The team there is amazing! I’m terrified of dentists and it took forever for me to get the courage to get my implants but, the Tempe team really made it worth it! Melissa really went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance which definitely took some stress away. Dr. Holbrook and the staff really made it easy to trust the process and the work looks awesome. Can’t wait to go back and show off the smile they helped create, thank you Tempe implants and periodontics.

Tempe Implants & Periodontics is a periodontal and dental implant practice located at 8611 S.
