From the very first phone call, the customer service was outstanding! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made my mom feel comfortable every step of the way. They did an excellent job with her crown and seamlessly completed a dental implant that had been started in Florida. The quality of care was exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Life-Changing Care ! We could not be more grateful to Dr. Schiltz and her incredible team. At 85 years old, my mom had a full mouth restoration, and the results have truly changed her life. She can smile confidently again, enjoy her favorite foods, and be her happiest, best self—and best gramma! From start to finish, Dr. Schiltz and her team showed so much compassion, patience, and expertise. We felt she was in the very best hands. The staff are very good-natured and accommodating. I have never had to wait as appointment. Dr. Brooks is very caring and skilled. She never seems rushed and always takes time to explain procedures and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Going to the dentist or periodontist is not high on my list of favorite things to do, but the folks at The Dental Center of Hanover make it as pleasant as possible - they often even let patients select the genre of music that's played while they're in the chair.

Since Vermont only has one of this type of dentist in the state and was booking out to December 2nd, I needed to research another quickly since I lost two front teeth. I left Vermont at 6:30 am to drive to Hanover for my surgery and glad I made it safely due to the rain and fog. I was greeted by Meg who was delightful and was also the assistant during the procedure. Meg was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She catered to me like I was her first patient ever and let me choose my own music. Bonus!! Dr. Schlitz came in and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure since I have a low tolerance for pain. Her chair side manner put me at ease and was so thankful. The procedure went well and I will have to return three more times before I get my smile back. I am completely confident in her skills and know this will be a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Schlitz and her staff.
