Everyone at the Dental Extraction Company went above and beyond to make our experience as painless as possible. From scheduling to insurance approval to the extraction itself the staff took care of everything quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, and with a passion for patient satisfaction that showed they truly do care and want the best for their patients. When I had a medication question on Sunday about my daughter’s Monday morning appointment I sent a text message to the Dental Extraction Company and to my surprise Dr. Shah himself replied and answered my question. I knew my daughter was in good hands before we even arrived at the office. My 16-year-old daughter was extremely anxious and felt embarrassed about having to have a tooth extracted. She had a bad experience in the past with a different dentist that left her terrified of having dental work done and feeling ashamed for needing a tooth pulled. Everyone at the Dental Extraction Company was so kind and sympathetic and my self conscious daughter didn’t feel shamed or judged by anyone there which really meant a lot to us! Thank you! They even prevented her from erasing all the data on her cell phone after her procedure when she was still a little woozy from the anesthesia and repeatedly failed attempts to unlock her phone. My daughter was uncharacteristically rude and angry as the anesthesia wore off after the extraction and the staff at the Dental Extraction Company handled it so well and were so kind despite my daughter’s poor attitude. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience and my daughter only has positive things to say about her time there yesterday as well. We’re so grateful for having found such an amazing provider!

Had all my teeth extracted by IV sedation yesterday, needed stitches through out my whole mouth, I was sooooo scared but it's truly not bad at all. They comforted me, gave me a blanket and it was ultimately one of the best things that I got done so my health gets back on track and I'm extremely happy that I choose this place to do it. Best place in greenbay. I'll recommend to anyone!

The experience was great overall. To the explanation of the process of being sadadated. And the work that was to be done. To them explaining the after care intructions and me walking out of there with no pain. Im past the 8 hours of the procedure and I feel great. Thank you so much to the amazing doctor and care team!

Dr. Shah, Kylee, and Abby were amazing!! The process of getting my son in for wisdom teeth removal was easy and smooth! My son was very nervous as he never had a procedure done before. They all made him feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend!! I wish I knew about this place sooner! Will definitely use them again!

Staff was very compassionate amd understanding. Dr is very knowledgeable and explained everything before I knew it i was walking out the door. In a matter of an 1.5 hours all 11 teeth were extracted I would recommend The Dental Extraction Company to anyone who has a fear of the dentist....they make that fear disappear
