I looked forward to my visit. I forgot to take care of some premeds and when I was questioned about it, I knew I would have to reschedule, however, I learned that they had me covered. My visit was just fine. I was able to get my cleaning done and all was good.

About The Louisiana Center for Restorative Dentistry

The Louisiana Center for Restorative Dentistry is a general and restorative dental practice located at 4450 Bluebonnet Boulevard in Baton Rouge, serving patients throughout the Bluebonnet corridor and greater Baton Rouge area. The practice offers a broad range of services beyond implants, including cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, dentures, periodontal treatment, root canals, and oral surgery, which means patients can often have implant planning and restorative work coordinated under one roof rather than being referred out for every step.

For patients missing one or more teeth, the practice places titanium implants that act as an anchor for a replacement tooth or to support a full denture, and single tooth implants are designed to leave healthy neighboring teeth untouched. The office is a family run practice built around long term dentist patient relationships, and several reviewers note they have returned to the same doctors for many years, even after moving away from Baton Rouge. Patients considering implants can expect an evaluation of their bone and gum health followed by a discussion of which implant supported option fits their situation, whether that is a single implant, an implant supported bridge, or a full arch of replacement teeth.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Nelson Daly, D.D.S. is a co-owner of the practice. He earned his dental degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 1993, completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in New Orleans, and later completed advanced implant training including the Medical College of Georgia and AAID Implant Maxi Course. Dr. Ann Uzee-Cook, D.D.S. joined the practice as an associate in 2005 after graduating from LSU School of Dentistry, and treats patients as part of the general and restorative team. Dr. John Thomas Roshto, D.D.S. is also an associate dentist at the practice; he is a Baton Rouge native and LSU Health Science Center graduate who has practiced alongside Dr. Daly since 2015.
