I’m a new patient of Dr. Bainer’s and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff! He and his staff are so kind and thorough. I’ve never had an experience like this with any dentist. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable and they explain everything so well. I know I am in good hands! My entire family just switched to Dr. Bainer and we love him! Thank you to Dr. Bainer and staff!

Yesterday, I had my first visit to Smile Gallery, and I couldn't be more excited to start my treatment with Dr. Bainer! He took the time to truly listen to everything I had to say about my teeth and how I felt. He sat down with me, answered all of my questions, and worked through every challenge with genuine care and compassion. As someone who has always hated dental work and struggled with anxiety about going to the dentist, this was the first time in my life that I've actually felt comfortable in a dental office. That means more than I can express. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind and attentive, from the front desk to the clinical staff. Michelle did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and made the experience so much easier. I honestly can't wait to go back—which is something I never thought I would say! If you have dental anxiety like I do, I highly recommend Smile Gallery and Dr. Bainer. Thank you again, Dr. Bainer and the entire team, for making such a positive first impression. I'm looking forward to the rest of my treatment!

I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I have ever had. My front tooth needed delicate filling work, and the result was absolutely beautiful. The doctor worked with incredible precision, artistry, and attention to detail — everything looks so natural and flawless. I’ve never had very positive memories of dental visits before, but today completely changed that for me. The entire experience was gentle, comfortable, fast, and surprisingly stress-free. You can truly feel the professionalism, skill, and care in every step of the process. I am beyond happy with the quality of the work and so grateful for the kindness and expertise I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and caring dentist

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to and I am 84 years old. Dr Bainer is a genuinely personable and caring man. His staff is excellent. Royce who cleans my teeth is AAA + She is a wonderful and thoughtful caring person. I could not be happier with Dr Bainer practice.

My wife & I were blown away on our first visit to Dr. Bainer’s office this week. He and his entire staff are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and make you feel very relaxed. We would recommend him to everyone. It was like going from night to day compared to our past dentist. Our entire family is going to go to him from now on.
