Well, I saw this dentist's office advertised on Facebook. So I decided to check them out, first reading reviews from other people who have gone to them. All fives, all 5 stars, so I gave them a call. I had a tooth that I needed taken care of and they got me in right away. Seeing how I needed it done before I went on vacation and they pulled the tooth and filled it with bone. In order to ready it for a future dental implant, their professionalism is far surpassed. Any dental office that I've gone to in my 73 years. I really love how they're so very informative on every procedure that they do and why they do it. Your first initial visit with a whole head. X-ray scan is free. Where do you get that nowadays? Then, they'll schedule you for your appointment. Their prices are spectacular fractions of what your other dental companies charge. I've had many friends go to many places, and none of them have seen these kind of prices or this kind of service. I mean, when you can get a dental implant for 2,500 complete that's pretty good. Other places 6, 500 and up per tooth. . I had paid for a tooth removal and bone graft and post implantion, and Crown. . But Dr Mark Greenwald decided it was in my best interest to just do the tooth removal and bone graft which I definitely needed and wait til Drc 26 to do the rest. He said until you can the post implant at the same time as the removal and then come back in 3 to 4 months to put them crown on . But based on the look of the bone location I needed more time . So he had them give me back the money for the complete implant and only charged me for what I received that day. I was impressed who gives your money back once they have it. They do. Every one in this office show true professionalism . But with that your treated like family. Truly making you feel so comfortable to make even the most terrified patient feeling a sense of ease. I was not in pain or uncomfortable at all .I have a true phobia terrified of needles can't stand them. It was so easy . Not once did it hurt . He knows how to administer needles without causing pain. And you can do that you just have to really know what and how to bo that. Because of the location of the tooth that needed to be removed it is one of the worst places to administer novakine, they have to put it in positions in your mouth that usually just hurt so bad not many dentist's can do it without pain . But Dr. MARK knows what hes doing. And after the medicine wore off, I just used an ibuprofen one very 8 to 10 hours . And not because it was killing me . I just thought it was going to so I wanted to be ahead of the game and took one . It did have a tiny ach to it at the 10 hour mark. So I took one and that took care of it . Did that for 3 days then I stopped. So far I'm very happy. Run and check them out.

The best dental clinic I have found! I have looked around for affordable dental treatment for quite a while. Never found any until an advertisement on Facebook about the Smile Mission appeared on my page. Not only are the prices much lower than any other place around, but the treatment is outstanding! On my last visit I paid 90 dollars for my cleaning. I don't have any insurance. The doctor is amazing, the assistants, the front desk ladies and the hygienist make you feel at ease. In the waiting area there are two massage chairs anyone can use and there's also coffee and water. I highly recommend this clinic.

Highly recommend Smile Mission, Sarasota! I was happy to find them after receiving an inflated quote for crowns from my old dentist but still nervous about having multiple done simultaneously. I cannot say enough positive things about this location and the staff, particularly Ligia and Dr Mark who have excellent inter-personal skills as well as being extremely knowledgeable and professional. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient, I had a great experience and am now returning for some additional work. Honestly a refreshing experience and nice to know there are caring professionals such as these in the world of dentistry! So grateful to have found them!

They lied and said I had no dental insurance. I asked for the phone number they called…it was a bogus Verizon number. They don’t do preauthorization from your insurance company so you pay everything up front. They only claimed $780 worth of work when I spent close to $7000. The company was paid in May but I have not been reimbursed. I have spoken to the office manager, front desk 10 days later…no one has called me back regarding my reimbursement as well as why were ALL of the treatment procedures not filed? I now have to file my own insurance claim because I don’t trust them. I feel they make their costs affordable because they’re making money on the interest collected by holding onto others’ reimbursement money. I’m filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office. I’m a retired nurse that ran a multi physician office (over 40 doctors) in Chicago and this type of negligence would have people fired.

I was quoted by my previous Dentist $2700 to replace a crown with an abutment of an implant he had done five years ago. In the same timeframe, I broke another tooth which needed a crown for 2400, I saw an advertisement for Smile Mission at $800 a crown, hesitant, the price was too good, but I made an appointment; I'm glad I did. I don't impress easy and I was very impressed at the attention Dr Mark gave me and with his knowledge. My previous dentist missed why the second tooth broke because they only have 2D x-rays (had he caught it ahead of time the tooth would not have broken). Smile Mission has 3-D and was able to see the broken tooth filling from a long time ago by my gum had decay. It took him some time to work on it to save the tooth, another Dentist probably would've just pulled it and I would've had to get an implant. He has quite a few assistants, which do a majority of the work, scanning your mouth, etc., younger, appears although I don't know possible Dentist in training, and like nurse practitioners appeared to give better help sometimes than doctors themselves. Dr Mark was awesome. Explaining to me about medications my primary care physician has prescribed, but I haven't started taking; this medication would have affected my dental care if not now, but in the future. Obviously, these prices, he's very busy and I thought about not leaving a review because I really don't want him busier, but l am grateful for the time he spent explaining things to me that my primary care physician should have done. My wait was not long after my appointment and they have massage chairs in the waiting room. The office staff was polite.
