Best dental hygienist ever! Melissa is very thorough & gets my teeth feeling smooth & clean! Dr. Flener is wonderful too! If you ever have to have numbing done, she’s definitely the one you want to do it! She’s amazing! The office staff, Josh & Fran, are friendly & helpful! I couldn’t ask for better care! I highly recommend Top Choice Dental!

We had an amazing experience at Top Choice Dental in Hopkinsville! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my husband had a great visit. The office was clean, modern, and very organized, and the dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in providing top-quality care. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and skilled dental office in Hopkinsville, I highly recommend Top Choice Dental. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I recently had a great experience at Top Choice Dental. Dr. Flener carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly addressed all of them without feeling rushed. I had a good experience having my teeth cleaned while I was there as well. The office manager helped me with my concerns about insurance and a referral, for which I am very grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend.

My experience was terrible. I’m a 65 year old female with Medicare only. I have an abscessed tooth. I waited 3 days for my appointment in terrible pain. I finally go to my appointment. They sat me down talked forever. Then got me up for an X-ray.. Then brought me back. Talked some more. Then lady left, came back and did another Xray. Then she says she is going to get dentist. A woman comes in and looks at my tooth. She said, that needs to come out. I was so happy. Then they send in the guy up front to explain to me it was going to cost me right around $400 to extract one tooth. I was kind of shocked and upset. I couldn’t afford that. Then he told me I could get a financed card through some place and make high interest payments. I said absolutely not. Then the dentist gave me an antibiotic different then the one I had been on for 4 days already and now I’m back in bed and in pain with this tooth. They kept me almost 2 hours while I was miserable. Then sprang the $400 dollars on me. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back.

Hands down the best dental staff in Hopkinsville. I feel welcome and not judged at Top Choice unlike another nearby dental office I've visited. Our entire family of four goes to Top Choice and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a regular dentist. Dr. Fleener is great and they've got the best hygienist Melissa.
