As someone who never liked going to the dentist and been to many dentists throughout my life. I had the best experience of any dentist I've ever been to with Dr Craig. He explained things so much better than anyone ever has in this setting, and I really felt like everyone there was advocating for my well being and not just trying to rush through the motions. I only went there for a dental emergency, but I strongly want to get established there now, because the experience was so good.

Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. The dentist took time to explained exactly what he was doing and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I have also had my teeth cleaned and x-rayed. The hygenist was so friendly and did an excellent job.

Pleasant interactions all around. Sam really took good care of me. She collected thorough and accurate readings on my gum health, is clearly skilled at interpreting x-rays and gave the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. I felt relief. I realized my gums must have been inflamed before because of how calm and healthy they felt afterward. She had teachings and insights specific to my case. Her knack for explaining likely causes and effects, complete with analogies and recommendations just connected all the dots for me. I couldn’t imagine better service. 5 stars!

Jackie was my hygienist and was careful with me. I have sensitive gums, always have, and she did great. She carried the conversation (obviously) but it was welcomed as a distraction. Attentive and thoughtful. Great experience.

What a great team at Town Hill Family Dentistry! They got me in to fix a chipped tooth and Dr. Birchfield was awesome! She was very kind, communicated so well and extremely professional. I'm definitely coming back to them as my regular dentist!
