It had been years since I had visited a dentist but Trident Smiles Dental made the transition back into care super easy. From the moment I walked in the door I felt taken care of, seen and heard. Each person I interacted with was very kind and answered any questions I had. My cleaning felt thorough and left my mouth feeling super fresh. I could see a noticeable difference in the before and after and for that I am so grateful. Very excited to continue my care here with this amazing team. Thank you!

Newcomer here!
I just moved from out of state and had no idea where to resume my dental visits. Luckily, I saw an ad for Trident Smiles on youtube, and everything looked so immaculate that I had to make an appointment.
From the moment I walked in, the space was both clean and aesthetically pleasing from a dental office standpoint. They greet you as you enter, check you in, and you’re recommended drinks from their cooler or a seat in one of two massage chairs during your wait. Most dental offices have you waiting a while, but they had me come back relatively quickly!
My intake was quick and easy, with x-rays conducted before I was taken to my own room. Once the doctor came in, they answered all of my questions and also provided me with information for services I wanted to look into. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t feel rushed or unheard by any means.
After I was done, I returned to the front and was promptly scheduled for my next visit (with a heads up on expected costs for the that visit, as well!), paid my current bill and was given blue bag with lots of dental toiletries inside, courtesy of Trident Smiles.
Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area!

I had a great experience at Trident Dental Smiles. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff genuinely care about their patients. I really appreciated the smooth experience from check-in to the end of my appointment.

I'm a new patient with Trident Smiles and the customer service, constant communication and rescheduling flexibility is above and beyond. I have never experienced such impeccable customer service anywhere else. The tools are state-of-the-art and extremely clean. Place is prestine.
I have been left in awe and no review can do justice to the service they provide.
Thank you to the entire team. This is truly a well-oiled machine!

I hate going to the dentist, but from the first appointment at Trident, I felt very comfortable with the team. My cleaning with them was the easiest/least painful I've had, and the filling work I had after also was with minimal discomfort. The dentists I saw checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn't in pain and were very kind. 10/10 would recommend!
