I needed two crowns and a permanent filling from a root canal. dr heins and kaitlyn were wonderful. everything was explained well and I had no pain. actually didnt know dr heins had started giving me novacaine. the procedures were done quickly, efficiently and professionally. thank you!!! post novacaine I feel great.

Just got home from another amazing visit at True North Dental! Our two kiddos spent their entire visit smiling and laughing with Renae as their hygienist. They still got the reminders they needed about brushing twice a day and flossing, but it came with a healthy dose of giggles that always make the next trip to the dentist something they look forward to!

I have been a patient at True North for many years. Today I called to make an appointment because my mouth is sore and swollen and I have a sore under my tongue. I was told that the earliest appointment I could get was March 30 (today is March 11). I declined as I can't wait that long. Really?? I 've had better service in the past.

Katie did a very thorough and professional kid in cleaning my teeth. She found A small issue with one tooth and took x-rays to confirm her belief. Now we just need to keep an eye on that. Thank you for your prescient observation.
