The staff is awesome! I had a tooth extraction which is not my favorite thing and they made me very comfortable in all aspects of my visit. Dr. Downie is a great guy very knowledgeable and friendly. Rome and Demetra are amazing!! Also thank you Sally and the receptionist! I would highly recommend going to this office. I will be going there again! What a great team!

I was very happy with all of the staff I worked with today!! Sally and Dr. Downie had the best bedside manners, they made me feel so comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. And Sally is a GreenBay Packer fan so that was a big plus! 馃槉 Would highly recommend.

I am the caregiver for my aunt who suffered a stroke, is wheelchair-bound, and in need of tooth extractions. The experience at TC Oral & Maxillo-facial Surgery was exceptional from start to finish. The receptionists were very kind, helpful, and patient - giving me everything I needed to represent my aunt, including how to manage her INR. The nurses and doctor were equally exceptional! They were accommodating, able to do the surgery in her wheelchair, super informative, patient, supportive of and complimentary to my aunt. And fast! Having had multiple oral surgeries myself, I was astounded at what a wonderful experience this was. Highly recommend!

My son has been there twice for separate things. They are helpful, kind, easy going. They have a great energy that builds confidence in them and have their system set; they prep kids quickly and it鈥檚 very smooth.

Dr. Downie was awesome! He was fast, funny and made me feel completely comfortable. Sally also did an amazing job calming me and making me laugh. I came in all worried and anxiety ridden because of the procedure I was getting done. I will definitely go back to them if I have future issues. Thank you so much Dr. Downie and Sally for everything 馃檹
