Hannah did a great job on my cleaning and for the first time it didn’t hurt. I’m always nervous about going to the dentist but she made sure I was very comfortable. She even offered me a warm blanket! I dozed off a bit eventually. Everyone was so nice. The doctor was very attentive to my concerns and so was Hannah. I felt heard and most of all comfortable. 1000% recommend!!!

I am giving Unforgettable Smiles in Alexandria, Louisiana, a full five stars. From the moment I sat in the dental chair until I walked out of the office, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly friendly. They made every effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I’ve never experienced a pain-free dental visit in my 54 years, until arriving at Unforgettable Smiles. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who wants top-notch dental care. Thank you again, Unforgettable Smiles, for a wonderful experience. You’ve earned my business, and I will recommend you to everyone in Alexandria.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Unforgettable Smiles. The VA referred me there for dental care, and from the moment I scheduled my first appointment, their team was organized, professional, and easy to work with. They do a great job staying on top of scheduling and sending reminders so appointments are never missed. That level of organization really makes it easy to stay consistent with dental care. The staff is friendly, the office runs efficiently, and communication is excellent. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure patients are comfortable throughout the process. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that is professional, well organized, and truly focused on patient care, I highly recommend Unforgettable Smiles. 🦷👏

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Ragan. She is hands down the bee's knees. She's so sweet and kind and reassuring. She eased my nerves the first visit. And today I got an angry tooth extracted and I have to say I'm beyond impressed. Despite being a molar it was the smoothest extraction I've ever had. When she said it was out I was in shock because she didn't almost break my jaw pulling it out like the last dentist I went to. ☺️ I can't recommend her enough

Unforgettable Smiles has served Alexandria and Central Louisiana since 1984, offering what the practice describes as a boutique, five-star dental experience built around personalized care. The office on Masonic Drive provides cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, general dentistry, traditional orthodontics, clear aligner therapy, and sedation dentistry. For patients with missing teeth, the practice places dental implants that use titanium posts as a strong, durable root for a replacement tooth. Once the implant has healed, a custom-made crown is fitted on top, restoring both function and appearance so patients can eat, speak, and smile comfortably. The practice notes that implants help preserve facial structure, prevent bone deterioration, and with proper care can last a lifetime.
Comfort is a central part of the experience at Unforgettable Smiles. Patients who feel anxious can choose from nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, or intravenous sedation, with intravenous sedation administered and monitored by a certified registered nurse anesthetist who tracks heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels throughout treatment. The office also offers warm blankets and a selection of hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to help patients feel at ease. The practice emphasizes honesty and affordability, providing clear upfront cost information and flexible payment options, and it is currently accepting new patients. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
