Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff.
The dentist and technicians/assistants are extremely kind. I experienced gentle and expert service. They treated me with thoughtfulness and ensured I was comfortable at all times.
The Dentist explained everything thoroughly and understood my position on treatments and ensured I had all my questions answered.
They serviced myself and husband that day and both of us felt satisfied with the visit. There was next to zero wait time. The facility is properly staffed so we weren’t rushed or waiting for care.
We had left this establishment when we moved out of the area 18 years ago and decided to come back because we can’t beat the service and expertise provided at Upland Dental

The doctor here is a joke, I came in with a defective retainer and told her that it doesn’t fit properly and it hurts but she was completely disagreeing with me. I have a defective retainer from another dentist and she tried to tell me it fit but it doesn’t, I can’t bit down all the way and it hurts my teeth because it’s moving my teeth because it doesn’t fit my teeth properly. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist if you want somebody who will actually help you.

I’ve been a client to this business for years now, and I have zero complaints. The staff are all wonderful, always friendly, and conversational. My concerns are always addressed with care. Dr. Emily is my orthodontist and Dr. Lee is my dentist. I love them both! Shout out to Juana too, she’s always so efficient and gentle. I have some sensitive teeth and she’s never caused me any discomfort or distress. I’ve had some truly awful dental experience in the past. It’s made me incredibly anxious to get dental work done, but, with this office, I’m well looked after. They ensure my comfort and communicate with me through the entire process. I’m so grateful to have found this place!

Went to Upand Dental implant office for teeth cleaning not knowing what to expect since they didn’t do my implants. They were very welcoming put me at ease and did a great job. Definitely will come back

Dr Hung is the best! I am not an easy patient! I cry in my car before I get there! I need a lot of work on my teeth! But Dr Hung makes me feel safe! His assistant Emily is so wonderful! They make a great team and put me at ease! I am not saying it’s painless or not scary! I will always be scared and my pain tolerance is horrible! I will say I am a difficult patient! They should turn me away at the door! But they don’t! And I am grateful! Once I am in the chair they do their best to make me feel comfortable! This last time Dr Hung made me laugh out loud! I love him and glad that he is my doctor!
