I absolutely love this company! From the moment you walk in, the girls up front are so kind, welcoming, and friendly. The manager is incredibly understanding and personable. She truly takes the time to connect with people and genuinely cares about her patients. The assistants are very professional, thorough, and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. And the doctor… absolutely amazing! You can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I have had such a wonderful experience with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where you feel valued, respected, and truly cared for! Richard

I had the best experience at Valley Oral Surgery for my wisdom tooth removal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The manager, Kristal, was especially amazing very helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. The procedure went smoothly, and they made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The office was clean, organized, and the whole team provided excellent care from start to finish. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing wisdom tooth removal or oral surgery services.

I had a dental emergency last week and was honestly pretty anxious going in, but this oral surgery office exceeded all my expectations!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional—they made me feel comfortable right away. I cannot express my gratitude for this office and the oral surgeon. He was patient, understanding, and really helped me out when I needed it !! I went to a couple other local offices beforehand and they could not fit me in, but this office stayed late to add me in last minute!! Dr. Phan was outstanding. You could tell he has been doing this for years and the staff has the routine down to the T! They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and handled the procedure with such skill and care that it put me completely at ease. I truly felt like I was in expert hands the entire time. Everything was structured and seamless. I’m actually really surprised that it all went smoothly! There are absolutely no complaints on my end. I would recommend ALLL my loved ones to come here and see Dr. Phan. Based on how busy his office is, I’m sure this is why he has sooo many patients. The whole experience—from check-in to post-procedure care—was smooth, organized, and reassuring. It’s not easy to turn a stressful dental emergency into a positive experience, but this team absolutely did. I’m so so GLAD this office exists. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and high level of care. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery, especially in an emergency situation. I had such a great experience with this office, staff was nice and caring and doctor was amazing I was so nervous going for an extraction and I was so shock when he said he was done because for the first time ever I only felt a little bit of pressure but no pain, healing process was great and no issues, the assistant helping Dr was so amazing she even sacrificed her break time just to stay with me and help me with translated anything I had throughout the time there. Truly would go back again and also recommend any one to them

I came to Valley Endodontics and Oral Surgery for an extraction of a wisdom tooth after experiencing several complications and pain during another wisdom tooth extraction with my dentist. Dr. Nguyen Phan was able to use local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia per my preference, answered all of my many questions with facts and compassion, was confident and communicative and got my wisdom tooth extracted within 3 minutes, if that. I felt heard and informed before, during, and after. Highly recommend!
