I went here several times. Front desk was nice. The young woman cleaning great. The older lady so rude with her unnecessary comments shouldn't be there. Dirty xray machines and cabinets. Now dr Lam will not accomadate dentao anxiety. I dont move i dont bite it is very mental I forget to break i get very anxious. He had no sympathy and didnt talk to me check on me during fillings. For me it is mentally draining. I went back multiple time due to being uncomfortable with some feeling the last time he said I just need to go home im over thinking it. With the filling fell out and there is tooth decay due to the filling not properly being inserted and germs got underneath it. If you see this dr Lam I told you. Now im scared of decay on the other feelings he didnt. I have to have the tooth removed and um waiting for an implant 4000 dollars dr Lam because you couldn't do you job 馃槖. Becareful I read the reviews I thought thoroughly and made a huge mistake becareful. Never again will I refer anyone here.

The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.
As an air conditioning contractor, They鈥檝e worked with my schedule, It didn鈥檛 take long to be seen, which is definitely a key factor when it comes needing to meet others needs. They are very Knowledgeable and proficient and I enjoyed the completed work on my teeth. I can smile again 馃槑

Dr. Lam is a very good dentist. He鈥檚 kind courteous & efficient. He & his staff make you feel very comfortable. I鈥檝e had some bad experiences with other dentist & I鈥檓 so glad I found him. The work he鈥檚 done on me has been done with almost no pain I recommend Dr. Lam wholeheartedly. Thank you Visalia Dental because of you I鈥檒l be able to smile with confidence again.

One of the best dentist in Visalia if I could give them 10 stars, I would the staff is very respectful very kind They treat you like family if you鈥檙e looking for a Dentist I 100% recommend Visalia dental care馃憤馃憤馃憤馃憤

I came back after many years and I regret not staying with Dr Lam. He is amazing with a great bedside manner. Girls in the front are very nice.
