I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless since I was able to complete all my forms online ahead of time鈥攕o all I had to do was let them know I had arrived. The wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated. During my visit, they took their time cleaning my teeth and never made me feel rushed. Ms. Shauna, RDH and Dr. Locklear were very kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to have a genuine conversation, which made the experience even more comfortable. The office itself was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, everything鈥攆rom the efficiency to the quality of care鈥攚as excellent. I highly recommend this dental office!

This was my second time going to see my dentist, Dr Smith. He鈥檚 very professional makes you feel at ease, and comfortable while you鈥檙e in his hands. When examining your mouth, he tells you step-by-step exactly what he鈥檚 doing ,and what needs to be done, weather extracting a tooth or filling one, he make you feel at ease because normally when you go to a dentist office your nerves are shot, but I must say Dr. Smith calm me down and make the experience not so nerve-racking. Let鈥檚 not forget the reception and the Nurses so nice and sweet, very professional I would recommend Walter and Smith family dentures to anyone

Kind and awesome crew that helped me today. I was fitted into a cancelation just a few days after I called for an appointment. I was in and out fast as a new and definitely returning customer.

I love Walters, Smith, and Locklear Family Dentistry. I鈥檝e been a patient for years. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Shauna is the dental hygienist that I see and she is so sweet. She understands my fear of the dentist and always makes me feel at ease. I鈥檝e been seen by all 3 dentists and they are all friendly and take time to listen to my concerns and even engage in small talk.
