Mariah is an exceptional dental hygienist. I’ve always struggled with very sensitive teeth and gums, so dental visits can be uncomfortable for me. However, she is incredibly gentle and attentive, making the entire experience much more manageable and mostly pain free. She takes her time, explains what she’s doing, and ensures I’m comfortable throughout the process. After every visit, my teeth feel extremely clean and well cared for. She also gives out resourceful info.I truly appreciate her skill, patience, and professionalism. She makes a big difference in my dental care experience. I do highly recommend her.

This place is awesome! I had a crown done in May. The crown broke September 2nd (apparently it was too thin) and they replaced it next day free of charge! I really appreciate it! This will be my dentist from here on out. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr Kim!

I have had bad experiences at the dentist in the past, and I get anxiety when at the dentist. But coming here they always make me feel calm and they are very nice. Dr. Wenk is very nice, and fast which does help with my anxiety. Hayley was helping him with my procedure today, and she was very nice. I come here to get my cleanings done as well, and Mariah is always very sweet. They care about you here, and it really shows in what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for making my experience a good one :)

My moms bridge accidentally fell out, we called to make an appointment to get it checked out and they were able to schedule her within the same week! Dr wenk was very kind and patient. They were able to fix her bridge and got her scheduled again the following week for a cleaning and a fill. Everyone there was so nice and friendly!

A couple years ago I had a dental emergency a few days before my honeymoon. I called all around town and this practice was the only one that could get me seen and treated before my trip. Looking back the price was outrageous ($3100 for root canal and same-day crown?!) but I was desperate. I happened to be in need of a dentist so I became a regular patient. Things were fine for a couple years, but my last 2 visits left me extremely frustrated and in search of a new dentist.
First off, my most recent appointment was at 12p and although I was taken back to a chair shortly after 12p I sat there until 12:37 before being seen.
Second, I was uncomfortable with diagnosis and treatment plan being solely made by the hygenist with no discussion nor consultation with the dentist. I was told I had early periodontal disease with two teeth having 5mm pockets. Because of this I was told I needed an enhanced cleaning (that insurance wouldn't fully cover) and at a greater frequency than standard cleanings (3x/yr) Also, despite only 2 teeth requiring the enhanced cleaning, the service would have to be split up into 2 separate appointments (3 if counting this visit), and would cost me nearly $600 put of pocket. So $1800 per year for preventatice dental maintenance?!
I politely declined the recommended enhanced cleaning and requested just the standard cleaning that insurance covers. I was then told the practice would not do a standard cleaning "if it wasn't beneficial to the patient". I dont understand how a standard cleaning wouldnt be beneficial if only 2 teeth needed the enhanced cleaning? Does that mean all my other teeth would be getting an unnecessary cleaning?
When I showed some hesitancy about the enhanced cleaning treatment plan the hygenist said something along the lines of "that's what a lot of people think, but they're just not educated". While that may be true, the phrasing didn't sit well. And then I told the finance person I wasnt willing to move forward with that plan she seemed visibly frustrated, offered no compromise, and when I asked if that was it for today she just said "yep" and I had to show myself out.
All in all I was there for almost 90 minutes, didnt get my teeth cleaned, and only saw the actual dentist for about 3 minutes.
My wife had a similar experience in the last year where they attempted to upsell her some laser treatment on a standard cleaning, and then acted as if was nuts for declining it.
Oh, and as I sat in that chair waiting for 37 minutes past my appointment time I couldnt help but notice the floors were really dirty.
