New to the area and had lost a filling on Thursday. The got me in first thing Monday morning. Xrays and initial exam. I was given a concise plan with a quote. Then scheduled for later that day to replace the filling and a cleaning. Super kind and professional. The office is spotless. The front desk staff very welcoming. Dr. Gulati was very kind and explained everything. The cherry on top, they reached out later in the day to make sure I was doing OK. That is a first. From walking in the door to the time I left was amazing. I wish I could give more stars. Highly recommend.

As a business owner myself, I was genuinely shocked by how today’s situation was handled. Over the past year, I spent over $15,000 with this office and trusted them with extensive dental work. On my final tooth, it was filled and only afterward I was told it would likely need a root canal anyway — despite still being charged over $1,000 for that visit. Within a month I had concerns with the tooth & eventually the tooth became infected and I needed additional treatment. I wanted it extracted, but was told it was too infected and had to be referred elsewhere. If I saw that a customer was unhappy enough to share their experience publicly, my response would be to reach out professionally and try to make it right — not confront them at check out. Something as simple as, “I saw your comment on Facebook and I’d love the opportunity to address your concerns and make this right,” would have gone a long way. Instead, after everything invested here financially and as a patient, I was approached in a defensive and unprofessional manner at the front desk. Businesses are not always going to receive glowing reviews, but how they respond to criticism says everything about their customer service. Unfortunately, this response spoke volumes, and I canceled all future appointments. Due to poor service, poor customer service & overall dissatisfaction with the quality of dental work (and this isn’t just about the one tooth! The rest of my fillings aren’t shaped right, still have sharp edges etc) I cannot recommend White Mountain Dental.

The office was very accommodating in getting me an appointment based on my schedule. The front desk was very welcoming, very pleasant and it took no time to bring me into the dental room. Both Jackie and Faith were very professional and very personable. Dr. Matt was very professional and made feel at ease with his jokes. Overall, the whole process was very easy, very professional and no pain involved at all. Congratulations to White Mountain dental group

I was traveling through the Conway area and had a dental emergency. White Mountain Dental was able to see me that day and advise on a treatment plan that involved surgery the next day. Staff, dentistry, and treatment were outstanding. If I lived in the area, they would be my dentist. Thanks for seeing me and doing a great job!

I have never in my life felt more comfortable with a dentist facility. Amazing financial plans! An absolute amazing staff all around. Great place
