Dr. Bethany and Shannon are both so kind, communicative about what they're doing, gentle, and good-humored. There was no pain during the procedure, not even with the novacaine shot, which is usually very uncomfortable. I felt I was in great hands. I'm also impressed by the fancy visualization technology they have in the office, which clearly take expertise to use and make them better able to do their work. This dentist office is excellent.

Shannon is awesome she takes the time to explain everything guides you through the process and in the end even asks if you have any additional questions regarding treatment plan. I feel more at ease knowing she is working with me on the execution of my very complex dental plan. Thank you !

I saw Dr. Bethany for my appointment, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. She was incredibly calming and took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure, which immediately put me at ease. Her gentle approach made a significant difference — I felt completely comfortable and experienced no pain throughout the entire procedure. The hygienists were wonderful as well. They were friendly, attentive, and very thorough, making the whole visit smooth and reassuring. The entire team created a welcoming and professional environment. I truly appreciate the level of care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dental team.

Only my third visit to this practice. Not my favorite place. Hygienist was very heavy handed and I felt like my mouth was under siege. My next appointment is with a different hygienist, so praying she has a lighter touch. While it's nice to have access to coffee pods, the lobby is filled with very enormous, uncomfortable sofas and chairs. Thankfully there are a couple of smaller, more upright chairs that don't swallow my small frame. I would switch to another practice, but for now, this is my only in-town option.

Love the place, after probably 10 years with them! Bethany Wong and Libby are the consummate team. The technology used is fascinating. When my new crown being installed needed to be enlarged a bit, the lab tech happened to be in house and added/baked additional porcelain onto it while I waited - no more than 30 minutes!
