Dr. Woodward treated my daughter at the end of last year. Somehow, there was a mix-up with our insurance. What was covered and approved before the surgery ended up not being covered once the procedure was complete. This was not their doing; however, there was confusion with my plan, and we couldn’t figure out why I had such a large bill when my policy clearly stated that the services were covered.
Dr. Woodward’s staff was patient and helped me figure out the issue. During a transition between insurance plans, while they did accept my insurance carrier, they did not accept the specific plan that had taken effect between the consultation and the surgery. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind and reassuring, and she worked with me to understand the issue and explore ways to reduce the costs or assist with communication with the insurance company.
After everything was sorted out, she called me back and said that Dr. Woodward would completely waive my bill because their team felt they should have caught the insurance change and coverage issue. I even insisted that it wasn’t necessary, that we were able to pay the bill, and that I didn’t know how to thank him. The staff member told me that he would simply like us to “pay it forward” in the future.
I have never met a medical professional who demonstrated such grace, integrity, and genuine care for patients. Dr. Woodward’s commitment to doing the right thing extends far beyond performing procedures. He is truly an exceptional physician, and I cannot recommend him or his office highly enough.

This is a really nice office ran by father and son. My family and I have came here several times and always had an excellent experience at this father-and-son oral surgery office. We have been here for wisdom teeth removals/Extractions and from start to finish the entire team was very kind, professional, and reassuring. They do take their time to explain everything clearly, made sure their patient feels comfortable. They also are very accommodating by scheduling a sign language interpreter for their deaf patients. We are very thankful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery.

Absolutely wonderful dentist — truly top‑tier care. There was a billing issue shortly after my treatment, but the appropriate department addressed it promptly and resolved everything. Highly recommend this facility for all of your oral surgery needs.

My 15 year old had surgery at this facility and I cannot express how wonderful everyone was including front desk and assistants. Dr Woodward is seriously AMAZING. I will say that there was a little bit of a scheduling issue that caused a pretty long wait time but I would still like to give them the highest rating based on the comfort and kindness we received.

Woodward Oral Surgery offers professional services in a very clean atmosphere. The personnel at Woodward are friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. Everything is explained properly, and your questions are always answered. You will have an easy time on appointment days, and assistance in recovery will also be provided. However, sometimes there may be long waiting periods due to high volumes of patients.
