Yikes, the office staff here are highly incompetent. They cannot handle simple questions about billing or care. They documented about the wrong tooth for a client. When she clarified that they documented the incorrect tooth, they emailed her a letter riddled with spelling errors, telling her the care needed was to complex. Essentially firing her as a patient, after she had the work done elsewhere, because she lacked confidence in their ability to bill correctly. They told her insurance wouldn't cover the work needed - it was covered. The staff was incredibly rude to her when she called. Especially the front desk. The doctor was kind, but the charting done was incorrect on what tooth needed repairs.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. I had a pleasant experience after not having been to a dentist in some time. Having anxieties as most people do having to go to the dentist. I was a refreshing experience and I’m looking forward to being part of this great establishment.

Always a pleasure to visit Yamaguchi Dentistry for dental work. Intake staff is cordial and efficient. Dr Yamaguchi is a great dentist. This week I had my cleaning done by Christa (a new member of the Yamaguchi team). She does excellent work, is polite, shares dental insights and observations relative to dental cleaning, and very professional. Al in all, I couldn't ask for a better dental team. -- Dr. J.A. Knold

As someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, this place is top notch. I had some issues with another dentist and Dr. Yamaguchi fixed everything and then some!
The dental assistant was very reassuring as was Dr. Yamaguchi. I always appreciate communication about what is about to happen and that's what I got, along with always checking in to see how I was doing. My new crown looks and feels amazing! The technology is so advanced in this office and they even have a coffee bar! It's like a spa in there. Thank you everyone for making it a great experience!

Do not trust these people. They do not do pre authorization checks with insurance to see if you’re covered. Then instead of reaching out and letting you know there is an issue with insurance they just send you an invoice. Find an office that operates with integrity and actually runs pre authorization checks so everyone knows how much work you can afford.
